   關節活動的原則---

The principle of articulatio activity-

  1. 若覺得關節僵硬,在執行活動前,可先用熱毛巾或熱敷墊,熱敷關節約3~5分鐘,使肌肉放鬆,您會覺得執行較容易。 / If feel the articulatio stiffness, You can first spread pad with hot towel or heat before carrying out an activity and the heat spreads articulatio about 3~5 minutes, make the muscle relax and you will feel that the performance is more easy.
